Please contact your preferred service provider to arrange for repairs. If you are a tenant, please contact the unit owner or rental agent directly. If the hot water system services multiple units, then all service and repairs are the responsibility of the Owners Corporation or Service Company. Power Failures Power failures do occur from time to time and in the event of a power failure, we recommend that you first check your individual unit's fuse box for any faulty or tripped fuses. Also check and confirm if other units in you block have power. If the problem is only to your unit then please call your power supply company to check if there is a power outage or contact your preferred electrical service technician or rental agent directly. If the power is out to a number or all units, check with Victoria Electricity (number below) to see if there is a power blackout in your area.
